Initiate Your Request

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the jewelry in its original Xenos velvet box and secure it inside the shipping mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 3-5 business days.
